Who's responsible for what
GroundShapers — supplies engineered base, footing and geosynthetic products; provides estimating software; matches you with an installer; supports the project.
Your independent installer — contracts directly with you; carries license, insurance and permits; sets pricing; owns workmanship, jobsite safety and local compliance.
You — approve the scope, contract with the installer, and pay them through the platform.
Independent installers. GroundShapers is a product, software and installer-matching platform — not the construction contractor. Independent Pros contract directly with you and are responsible for their own licensing, insurance, permits, pricing and workmanship. GroundShapers does not perform site work, does not warrant a Pro's workmanship, and is not a party to any contract you sign with a Pro. Project assessments are not a final bid.
